Suspect appears agitated and disoriented. Suspect has been reported threatening commuters as they exit the Metro station, ranting and raving he will "rain death from above to all who oppose him." Extreme caution is advised, as the suspect is armed and appears to be mentally imbalanced or under the influence of a controlled substance.
Location Information
This intersection houses the 12th & Figueroa Metro station and the city's first underground subway - now abandoned. Metro trains are no longer running and the station has been cordoned off.
Suspect Information
The suspect is reported wearing black jeans, a green long sleeve t-shirt and a black vest. Vest is believed to be body armor. Extreme caution is advised. n
