MISSION OBJECTIVES:

Arrest Jim Hoffer.

Rescue and evacuate Cindy Carr.

CRIME INFORMATION:

A 911 call was recieved at 7:55PM, a woman who who we think was Cindy Karr, yelled help, and hung-up. As officers arrived on the scene they were fired at by a suspect who was identified to be Jim Hoffer, Ms. Karr's boy friend, and ran inside the house, barricading the back door.

TACTICAL MOVEMENT:

We enter in the front door, thats about all we know. Stay in stealth, mirror for suspects, but there will be no CS gas or flashbang due to the fact there are civilians inside. If we locate the suspect and is alone we may use flashbang. Line up and get ready to move!
